When you contact MK Tracker through this website, we ask for your name, work email, company and message, and your agreement to use these details to respond to your enquiry.

How your information is used

We use these details to answer your questions, discuss your purchase-order workflow and arrange a demo if requested. The contact form is not an upload channel for purchase orders. Please do not send sensitive business documents, payment details or personal information about other people.

How enquiries are delivered

When contact delivery is configured, your enquiry is sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, to the MK Tracker contact inbox. Your details will be processed by the email provider and the receiving email service to deliver and manage your enquiry. This website does not create a separate contact database.

Technical safeguards

The form uses validation, a spam trap and temporary rate limiting. Temporary rate-limit records contain hashed email addresses, counts and a 15-minute expiry. Expired records are cleared when later requests are handled. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational logs. This site does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load the typefaces.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form. To request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, reply to the response you receive from MK Tracker, or send a request using the contact form. Enquiries are kept in the contact inbox for handling and follow-up; deletion requests can be made through the same channel.
